Default Type R HP help

I own a 97 type R integra. I have put quite a bit of money into my car without much improvement. I am wondering what the problem is an am seeking help. So far my upgrades have been; dc sports 4-1 ceramic header, aem CAI with bypass, RC 310cc injectors, AEM fuel rail, Hondata stage one, skunk2 stage one cams, AEM camgears, greddy evo cat back, holley fuel pump, ACT stage 3 clutch, Crower Rods and JE pistons making it a 2.0L with 11.5 compression. Having all this done my car has been in and out of the shop being tuned and all the shop can manage is 175hp to the wheels and 130 lbs-ft torque. Something doesnt seem right to me. Is the shop working on my car BS me or ripping me off. I need help and would like any advice i can get. thanks. Steven

um... that really sucks. You should take it to a different shop that might be more reputable than the one that you have taken it to. Maybe they are supposed to be really good (I don't know). Also, what altitude are you at? It can make a little difference.
You might want to get a fuel pressure guage and regulator so you can tell what you are actually pushing out. You may be getting too much fuel and killing it off. Also get a air fuel guage. You should be at 14.7:1

i have a b&m fuel pressure gauge on top my fuel filter. i stay between 41 and 47 psi. The shop i go to is one of the best around i guess. The problem is there are none around. I live in Maryland southern maryland actually. I live right next to the patuxent river so i am at a low altitude. The shop i go to tells me that the header and catalytic converter are hindering 30hp but I think that is a bit extreme. They say if I put a toda header and test pipe i will be well over 200hp to the wheels. I dont think that is all that is wrong. I dunno what else to do. Thanks for your help. I will look for a different shop besides tempest racing

The Toda header is TOP NOTCH, that DC is NOTHING compared to it.

I'd suggest 2.5" header/hi-flo cat/exhaust. Get rid of the bypass valve.

That is extremely weird. You should have a lot more to the wheel than they specified. Are you sure that they installed everything that you requested? That really sounds weird, makes sure that your a/f ratios are suitable.

Errr...your header is *ok* but if you're running the STOCK CAT then your problem is right there. You can replace it with a high-flow unit for now or wait until you can afford some 2.5" piping out back + new header w/2.5" collector.

ummm what kind of dyno was it? I think is important here. Mustang dynos show lower HP than others.
