Default Do you care about fix-it tickets?

Got pulled over today in daylight in San Diego, CA for having clear corners on my GSR. CHP guy was actually pretty nice and shiz. I hate having amber corners, but I guess I'll have to change em back to stock. I thought it was okay to have clear corners, but with amber bulbs? But he said no.

My question is how long should I wait before I go back to clear corners? What happens if I get pulled over again, is it a bigger fine or just $10 again?

Coo man, thanks.

i hate asses that pull people over for something like this. They seriously have NOTHING better to do.

I have respect for police officers that do their job, but stuff like this is just rediculous.

Of course I care about fix it tickets...they go on your record...take care of it and you'll be fine.

Once you get a cop to sign the ticket saying that you've changed it back to stock, you could go back to putting the clears again.

yea, i got several tickets for clear tails back before euro's came out and again for having hyper white(blue) bulbs in my corners. just replaced with factory, hunted down a cop and got him to right it off only to go home and reinstall all, with the excption of euro's now, but yea once they write it off your good unless the same cop stops you and remembers you, surely they dont keep records of such if you get it signed off on.

They are contemplating changing that in Sacramento to generate revenue. They are going to make stuff like no plate $150, and raise the price with subsequent tickets. Of course, I read that in the Sacramento Bee, which is the crappiest paper on the planet, so they may not have known what they were talkin bout
