Trans Fluid
Honda MTF:thumbup:
If you read you manual, it says use Honda MTF, only use motor oil if Honda MTF is not available. I can tell you from experience and that is that motor oil will make your trans. shift like crap. I have a 94gsr and did the transmssion change first with 5w-30, shifted HORRIBLE, was not smooth, and felt like crap. I then did it again with 10w-30, it was better but you could still feel it not being smooth.
So I finally did it with Honda MTF and it shifted excellent, very smooth. I paid $4 a qt. for the Honda MTF, but I have seen people pay up to $8. I would call around, the Honda and Acura dealer carry the same Honda MTF.

RedLine is real good, but i've heard about one complaint that after it was in there, it didn't feel good anymore :dunno: right now i just replaced my trans fluid (12/28/02) with Honda MTF and i like it!
