98 gs integra has black gunk in radiator?

98 gs integra has black gunk in radiator?
I was checking my car today and notice that when i took my radiator cap out the radiator had black gunk inside it. What could this be? and it also had it around the exhaust manifold? can some one help...

sounds like a leaking/blown head gasket. does ur engine feel "weaker"

well a compression test on a warmed up engine will tell u the truth.
