Seriously its easy to adjust your valves yourself, all you need is a feeler guages, a screw driver, and like a 10mm socket and wrench, i think thats it.. You will also need to buy a new valve cover gasket which is like 20-30 bucks, i cant remember. Also if you have a nearby automotive store, go there, and just look at a chilton manual for it and write down the specs it says they need to be adjusted... Ohhh also you will need a big socket and big ratchet for the bolt on the pulley side of the crank so you can get it to TDC for each cylinder.. its easy to do really, did it in a hour or less, but i let my gasket set in position for like 4 hours before i started the car.. OH you will also need gasket sealer for the gasket, heh, duno if i forgot anything...

oooneee more thing...

For telling if the piston for the cylinder is at TDC you need to check a manual or something for your year/model of teg, cause im sure my b18b is prolly diff than whatever engine is in your's

If you need to ask that, you should get your hands on a repair manual. Best one is Helm (www.helminc.com) but others are cheaper. Maybe the library even has one.
