Default Weight reduction?

Should it be done... is it neccessary?... Is it an effective use of my money?

I don't think it is neccessary or something that should be done unless your car is going to be a full out drag car / autocross car. If your gonna use your car as a daily driver it is going to be very load and uncomfortable. Not worth the little weight savings if you ask me.

You need to be more specific. Is this your daily driver? Are you planning to compete in the ECHC/WCHC? Most folks who do weight reduction do it themselves (for free), and it does have benefits. Of course if your car is a daily driver I'm not sure if you want to rip out your interior.

Of couse, I've heard stories of high school kids getting deperate and taking off their doors before heading to the track. Dumb, lame, and dangerous.

Closed for a number of reasons:

1. You posted two threads on this topic.
2. There is another thread about this that is on the second page of the forum listing. https://www.honda-acura.net/forums/s...threadid=51373

It's a good idea to do a search or at least scan more than just the front page before you post a new thread.
