i have an uninstalled skunk2 intake manifold and plan on installin cams later this spring. skunk 2 intake manifold has an opening of 64mm, should i get a 65mm throttle body? or use the stock one or what. if they are off by 1mm will it make that much of a difference.. write back asap

You should get the manifold matched to the throttle body.

Yes, as Qtiger said. Get the manifold matched to the throttle body.
That is, unless you want to run a dope little runoff valve to your face or something for the extra...
