I Got Hit
you're considering buying a new bumper for that? seriously, try buffing it out. you're going to have to paint the new bumper anyway, and pay shipping on top of that.. so worst case scenario is you paint your current.. unless there's more damage that i'm not seeing there.

this might sound crazy, but try some of that GS-27 scratch remover stuff. you can find it at pepboys or autozone. one day it was really windy and a tree fell right in front of me and it took off my side view mirror and scratched up my entire side of my accord. i used some GS-27 and it took it ALL out. i was amazed. it LOOKS like you just have white paint marks from the other guys car on your hood, and the gs-27 might be able to take it out. i would def. give it a shot, its only like 8 bucks.

If the scratches are finger-nail bad, they won't be able to come out. Run your finger nail across the scratches. Does your nail get stuck? If so, you're SOL and will probably have to repaint it. Try getting a buffer and using 3M Swirl Mark Remover. It's for scratches/swirls. Really awesome product. Or try some Scratch X, but on a buffer. Good luck. Hope they come out.
