If you have enough time and money, it's possible....but it would be VERY expensive and time consuming, lots of custom fab work. You'd be better getting an AWD car to begin with.

CRV is front wheel drive and has the back wheels kick in when slippage is detected. Then it is awd. It is a good idea to have a conversion like that but no idea how much that would cost. Probably a lot since it would all have to be custom.

What do you think would need to be custom?

I am wondering if you can take the drive train and sensors from a crv and have it retrofitted to a teg. It probably is possible since they are around the same size wheel base. You need to find out about the hookup to the transmission as well as the exact length and width of the crv drive train to make sure that it fits.
