Default N2O and the nozzle position

I think in plase N2O in my car to cool the JRSC, but I read in all the kit instructions that the nozzle need to be 6" to 18" from the throttle body, after the mass air flow sensor and before the throttle body.

I'm concern, because the mass air flow sensor in my car is on the throttle body (as the instalation of the JRSC indicate). Is this a problem?

How look the instalation of the nozzles in cars of persons that have N2O in Acura Integra GSR?

 Thanks in advance for the help,

Your car does not have a mass air flow sensor.
Honda's read Absolute Manifold Pressure.
Your MAP sesnsor is at the throttle body and your manifold is pressurized thereafter the roots blower.

How much do you plan on squeezing?
We placed NOS on our friends JRSC d16.
We ran it about 12" back, and put a 20shot though it.
Made a hell of a difference both power wise, and peak temperature wise.

Remember, we only used it for cooling, not added power.

Ryan, thanks for the ansver.

You are right, I'm stupid, the GSR have a MAP not a MAF.

I plan to use a 55hp nozzle, because this is the small that come in the kit.

1) Do you have any problems using the N2O with the charger or only benefits?
2) What kit do you use?
3) N2O don't affect the MAP functions or other sensors in the car?

Thanks again for your help

I don't know very much about nitrous, but isn't a 55 shot a little large for cooling applications?

Yeah I think the 55hp jet may be a bit to much.
Plus you already running pretty high cylinder temps as is.

If your mainly interested in cooling and effiency, I can not stress Water Colling enough. By far the best and most efficient way to safegaurd your FI app.

You can contact any NOS dealer and get any size jet you wish however.

1.No problems with the charger at all. All it is doing is moving air around. At the most you are going to benefit due to complete atomization throught your air mixture.

2. We used N.O.S. kit. Dry

3. N2O will not affect your sensors in anyway.

Find a Nitrous dealer in your area, they do carry smaller nozzle's. You can buy a whole set of nozzle's for like $25.

I'd stick with around 20 shot, or water injection instead.

My primary point is to cooling, but I like the little extra power the 55hp jet can give me . This is the reason for a little biggest jet (originaly I plan to use a 24Hp jet).

Thanks for your ansvers, there are very helpfull
