Nitrous or Bolt-ons???
If I had that kinda cash and was looking for power, I'd look into head porting as well as slightly more aggressive cams, a new intake manifold/throttlebody (like you mentioned) and I/H/E. This should give a nice, all-around power gain. However, that's me and I'm not much on drag racing, I'd rather carve a canyon
If you want power that you can turn on at the track, own a bunch of other hondas, and then turn off and go home, nitrous is the way to go.

Thanks guys. Yeah well with a full-throttle activated kit I would just flip it on everytime I got bored or wanted to smoke some ghey car :/ Or atleast till I got tired of fillin up the bottle
get the kit trust me you will be happy you will need a clutch after a while though just get the zex kit run 55 shot and get some 2 step colder plugs but before all that do a compression check if your compression is not good but the money to fixing that if you really want your car to last.
