Tein springs?

Eibach is definitely the more popular choice around here; haven't seen too many Tein springs in action...

ok i have koni reds and was wondering how exactly you adjust them. one of my other friends has the same exact setup on his 98 gsr but it seems smoother then mine. i was wondering how to change it so it would be a little softer. i hope someone can explain how to do this, and i knowi have to take them off the car to adjust them. thanks

Yes, they do. All Koni shocks are adjustable. Reds aren't externally adjustable like Yellows or their race shocks, but they are adjustable.
