Default *** Looking for Advice.. ***

Well I had parts coming in for my turbo setup.. Although after some research and examination I came to the conclusion that if I do attempt this project.. it will be after my Acura warranty runs out.. Which is over 12,000 miles from now. So for now Im just going to stick with bolt on's and minor enhancements that wont strain my engine as bad.

So I come to you guys... The elite and hope to gain some idea's on what to do. This is my current setup ..

> AEM Cold Air intake with Bypass
> DC sports 4 , 2, 1 header
> Bosal ProSport Exhaust
> & ( Some other minor mod's )

I had my car dyno'ed last summer and with just those mods I put down 125.0 tq / 135.1 hp

I mean right now in my area I hold my own. But you know how it is... The need and want to always push for more. So please, any advice is great... Im looking for easy, hassle free power... that wont jeopardize my vehicle health. ( Money is not really an issue, within reason )

Thanks again..

I don't think there are any EASY hassle free mods for the LS that would be worth doing. You probably don't want a motor swap, but that'd be my recommendation.

LS/VTEC would be too involved for you, JSRC almost wouldn't be worth the money. If you want to stay N/A, you could finish the exhaust & get a high-flo cat. After that, cams & valve train wouldn't be a bad idea.

Honestly though, as well as I know you Chad, I'd suggest a greddy turbo. I called them for you, no kit is made for the LS in 2000 though.

A Drag III kit would make nice power for you also, but is a bit more money. I'd recommend that though, but that's just me.

best bang for the buck = nitrous
otherwise, i say save up for a turbo kit and slap that on your LS and you can run low low low 14s all day

I'd really like to see Chad end up w/ a turbo in his car, everyone tell him to get that.

Wait, he can see this too... hmmm

No bish, I want you to be fast

Although, if it were my car, I'd start working on suspension goodies. By the time you've got that good to go, you can slap a turbo kit on there and actually have traction.

I would hate to see the results of your car's current setup + turbo.

don't forget, if you go fast, handle and hook up. You must stop! Deal with the braking system too...
