I don't think there are any EASY hassle free mods for the LS that would be worth doing. You probably don't want a motor swap, but that'd be my recommendation.

LS/VTEC would be too involved for you, JSRC almost wouldn't be worth the money. If you want to stay N/A, you could finish the exhaust & get a high-flo cat. After that, cams & valve train wouldn't be a bad idea.

Honestly though, as well as I know you Chad, I'd suggest a greddy turbo. I called them for you, no kit is made for the LS in 2000 though.

A Drag III kit would make nice power for you also, but is a bit more money. I'd recommend that though, but that's just me.
