Integra Electric Condenser Fan stays on
I have a 91 Integra GS, problem is the electric condenser fan comes on when I shut the engine off. It stays on until the battery is dead, though sometimes I can get it to shut off if I turn the engine on and off again. It was such a problem that I have taken the a/c fuse out to avoid a dead battery.
I have taken it to 2 different garages. They have separately replaced 2 different relays but the problem persists. Any guidance would be much appreciated.

Thank you so much for replying. Am I correct in understanding that this is the main cooling system thermostat? (The car never overheats and the electric fan doesn't operate with the engine on, but comes on when it is turned off.)
The second mechanic said the first one screwed up and changed the wrong relay and missed a short circuit in the climate control system. He was positive he fixed it but a day later, same problem!
There is 1 fan for the A/C and the other fan is for the motor. The one for the A/C I would not disconnect it if your radiator been upgraded to the Alluminum core. If you disconnect the A/C fan your A/C won't get cold like before. Something to think about.
EDIT:
I had a chance to look at pics of my set up. The fan on the right is your A/C if your facing the vehicle looking toward the firewall.
