Default Radiator Hose?

Hi, can someone please tell me which radiator hose it is that I need to replace? I noticed it has a nice crack on it and it leaked antifreeze all over the inside of my hood. It is the little hose right under upper big radiator hose that connects to the engine; then it runs towards the back and connects to the very back by the fuel filter hose. I took some pics, in the last picture its the middle hose. Thanks in advance.

Yeah, go and get a new hose. If you want to save money go to your local auto parts store and get them to match it up. Or find one with generally the same bends and cut some of it.
