Also which one is the easiest to adjust?
Easiest to adjust: Ground Control Coilover *Sleeves*

Best and last the longest? How about some Zeal B6's? You didn't specify a price range so there ya go...

I bought my car with KYB AGX shocks and crappy Ractive coilovers already on it. I know the Ractive coilovers are crap. But I would just like to know how crappy they really are. Like what is the max spring rate? I'm sure somethign horrible since my car sucks in the turns right now. If anyone knows please let me know. I'm looking into buying new ones, I just dont' have the money right now.
