You may want to try out a few driver's schools (eg. autocross or track if you can afford it) and get a feel for how the gsr drives stock. You won't believe how many people buy a car, drop 5 grand on power mods in the first week, then crash the hell out of it from not knowing how the car handles in the first place.

Shingo... I can see where you are coming from with the getting familiar with my car thing. I respect that 100%. Ive been racing dirtbike since I was like 8 and I think it would be a blast to autoX these things. I dont think it would be to healthy to be redlineing it alot and staying in the upper rpm's the whole day. I never even see 3.5 K when im daily driving.
Shingo I have a question about suspension. What differs between the 600 dollar coilover's vs the 150 dollar ones on ebay. They look almost identical. And if i get coilovers show i get new shocks and everything too?? And how low would I go to autoX or even a driving school and would i need a camber kit

Can someone reccomend me some coilovers?? Im a little worried about scraping but if its low and stuff I would be ok. I got about 600+ bucks to spend. I highly doubt i will ever autoX but if i go suspension I would like to go good.....

.Autocross is a good way to learn how to drive your car; I would recommend doing an autocross school (try an Evolution school) and then go to a few autocross events and see how you like it. I personally found autocross to be much more boring than, say, a high performance driving school/track day
, but in the short run it's more affordable (pay 20 bucks for 3 minutes of autocross seat time versus shelling out 200 bucks for 2 hrs of road course seat time) and you'll learn more about car control overall. How low? As low as you want
. If you're lowered past 2 inches a camber kit will help even out the tire wear (although frequent tire rotation/balance should be fine). Note that as you go lower you'll want shorter springs/shocks to retain optimal handling, so getting off-the-shelf Ground Controls and slamming your car 4 inches will likely result in worse handling than a modest 1.5" drop. You'll notice suspension mods more than any other engine bolt-on (visually your car will look better as well), so I would recommend doing that first and then moving on from there.

before you buy another thing for your car, i would suggest reading. read these forums (honda-tech.com too although that will probably get moderated out) before you buy something you shouldn't out of ignorance, no diss. decide what you want your car to do... i'm from around pittsburgh too, you can pm me if you want to know about what places to go and what places to avoid in the area.
Shingo, Im a little lost by you saying "ground control koni editions" I looked online for about an hour and still havent seen any. Those sound like the ones I want to get if their adjustable

The Ground Control (for Integra's) have 2 different off-the-shelf models. Special edition (designed to go with any aftermarket shocks and have slightly lower springrates) and Koni yellow edition (obviously designed to go with koni yellows and having slightly higher springrates). GC actually carries koni yellows from what I remember.
