Default turning noise

my 91 teg makes noise while turning. Noise seems from front wheels. Just replaced cv-joint but noise is still there. Any idea

Thanks.

Oh! BTW, if i just turn steering without moving the car, there is no noise. Is it possible some bearing or joint went bad?

Did you replace the entire joint, or just the boot?
