maybe a summer project for me while i am out of college. sounds like a lot of fun, turbo is probably the last thing i will do to my car anyways, a lot of cosmetics i would rather do first, and essentials that need to be taken care of.

You can piece together a descent used kit for that price.

Its barely good for the visual though. Some shops see a turbo on a car that is not supposed to have one and right away they put a hex on you. If you you get past the visual, chances are you will not get past the sniffer.

Even though they come with the CARB exemption plaque?

Inspection here is so simple to pass, they check your lights, turn signals, wipers, and sometimes do a visual on the exhaust to make sure you have a CAT.

havnt had one here in AZ yet but marylands was a pain in the ass to pass, when i had my 91 accord, oh my god haha, my alignment was off 1 degree and they refused to pass me, was such bs, and yeah i have a 99 integra so hiding a turbo is kind of hard thanks to the open front end, looks sick in there though.

yeah, its hard to pass inspection in VA too, where i live on the tennessee and virginia line, they won't let you have cat back exhausts, tint, or pretty much anything, as a matter of fact i got pulled over for an aftermarket pipe and had to go back to a stock
