Are you talking about "sleeve" coilovers or a set that includes shocks and springs?

Either way it'll take you about 45 minutes per corner to get em on with the right tools.

There's instructions on how to install coilovers on an Integra somewhere. Let me take a look.

Hmmm, the first time I installed my coilovers/shocks, it took about 6 hours.... the most difficult part was taking off the stock springs w/ a spring compressor

took me that long as well, the spring compressor had to be the worse part. Get some liquid wrench, it will help with difficult bolts.

Here is a link to a shock and spring install, i would think its the same, except for the fact that with the coilovers you would have to set their height (if i am wrong somebody correct me).
