Interchangibility depends on the cover type. The B18A and early B18B had the same cover, but the later B18B covers with the smooth top has a different PVC hose set-up then the earlier ones. They can be adapted to fit though.

 

you also have the option of striping and polishing to a chrome look, also while searching use honda or acura b18b1, and that might find you a little more, they were right earlier, you dont want to do much sanding cause if you go to deep it will leave scratches in the aluminum, and the rubber valve cover coating will do some hella clogging on some sand paper
