93 LS starting problem
Then I got the symptoms you described, except for I knew what a "weak" battery cranking over sounded like. One day, the car just didnt start at all (like what you experienced). I looked for all sorts of other factors, thinking the battery itself was invincible. I swapped it out for another yellowtop, thinking "eh maybe it was a one-off defect".
I was wrong, turns out all the 51R (Honda size) Yellow Tops were defective - just a bad design or something

your situation reminds me of when i had my Optima yellow tops. I thought, its an optima, it should last forever.

Stinger SPV35 and Kinetik HC600 > Optima
Glad you got it fixed.
I just fixed the same problem with my 92 LS. Slow turning over and sometimes wouldnt get enough power to turn over at all. put in a new battery and terminals and it starts up like it should. Weak, 5 year old battery was the culprit.
