ok, here is the instruction sheet that i was talking about:

and yes, i know that i'm supposed to adjust them like this (the white knob):

creep, i concluded the same, that they just accidently included instructions for the reds.

as for the black things, if you're referring to what i think you're referring to, i think those things are just caps to protect the tips of the shafts.

and i have h&r oe sport. still haven't decided what perch setting i'm going to put these on. what springs do you have?

They look really sweet when brand new, but the paint will go off easily after a few months of driving.

In short, that's how you adjust the ITR verison. There are two ways to adjust the koni's. One is where you preload them before you put them on the car, this refers to the ITR rear koni yellows, where they are NOT externally adjustable. (This applies to the supra as well) the other is were there is a valve on top that's EXTERNALLY adjustable. On the integra non-ITR all four shocks are externally adjustable... this was also one of the main reasons why I decided not to go ITR rear control arms + shocks.

Oh... okay. That makes sense, They must have fell off when
they got shipped.

I have the prokits. I'm gonna leave the rears on the third
perch (the way they were shipped), and I think I'll go w/
the 4th (from the top) perch in the front. I'm hopping that
will get rid of my uneven "look".

Is each perch, something like 1/4"?

taiwanze7, thanx.. it all makes sense now..

gsuperR, the paint is already chipping off on the rear shocks.. but i didn't buy these for the looks..

creep, i was thinking of doing the same.. middle perch on rear, 4th from the top on front, since the h&r OE offer an even drop. i measured each perch and it's about a 5mm (.197") difference, though i was told 2mm. :dunno: also, the SP3s supposedly have a 20mm shorter body. so i guess we can lower an additional 10mm (0.394") - 30mm (1.182").

I didn't know that the bodies are 20mm shorter. So which
perch is the stock height? The top one?

Hmmm... I get more like 7mm ~1/4" when I measure.

I was hoping to that w/ my prokits I'll have a drop of
1.55 front, 1.3 rear (plus whatever distance they've settled).

Maybe I should go bottom perch?

my understanding is, top perch is ~10mm lower, bottom perch is ~30mm lower, middle perch is 20mm lower.. not sure.
