In short, that's how you adjust the ITR verison. There are two ways to adjust the koni's. One is where you preload them before you put them on the car, this refers to the ITR rear koni yellows, where they are NOT externally adjustable. (This applies to the supra as well) the other is were there is a valve on top that's EXTERNALLY adjustable. On the integra non-ITR all four shocks are externally adjustable... this was also one of the main reasons why I decided not to go ITR rear control arms + shocks.
