It's well known that the original AEM CAIs add a good bit of power for an intake. If the v2 is just a replacement then the people who get around to buying an intake later will just get that one. But is there a reason to "upgrade" from an original CAI to the v2? Until I see a dyno of the two intakes on the same car and the v2 making more power, I would say no.
fatbooty thats what im saying.... if you look at my top reply... my cousin says dont waste your money getting it unless you dont already have a cai. The v2 is not going to be cheap but it does make more power. Though the hp increases are still benificial for for power is not that great unless you dont already have a cai.
