now i'm debating giving this skunk2 camber kit a go, or using a progress kit..

wh would you guys saY?
im trying to figure out what camber kit to go with as well, i dont want it to slip.

As far as I know Ingalls only makes replacement control arms for the EK. I would be more inclined to go with something which replaces the whole arm and has an adjustable ball joint than something that just messes with the control arm mounting location.

well i guess a better way to phrase the question would be: Wouldn't the skunk2 adjustable ball joint slip just like the ingalls? Cause they both slide to the degree of camber you want?

Has anyone had a skunk2 arm ball joint slip on 'em?

I've never had the skunk2 slip on me...I've never known anyone that had that problem.

i read about a few people having their skunk2s slip. its a pretty rare case though. the problem was solved when they replaced the allen key bolts with regular hex bolts. i think heard this twice.

i havent had my ingalls slipped yet. not to the point where i can notice tire wear. as soon as i can, im swapping for skunk2s. im having problems with the arm hitting the panel.

From what I read, I thought the Ingalls kit only adjusted to 3 degrees positive camber using the joints whereas the Skunk2 had 4 degrees positive and like 2 degrees negative with an entirely new upper control arm. I don't think there's really any benefit to replacing the upper control arm except, because of the Skunk2 design, camber is easier to adjust since it's more accessible. It also looks cooler, being painted red. As long as you tighten the bolts enough they won't slip.
