so yeah...my seat belts sqeak like crazy now. it wasnt so bad before, but now it's gettin unbearable, haha. what do you suggest i use to unsqueak them?

 

Take out rear seat, take out side interior panels, oil seatbelt assembly! :rockon:

 

Do you mean the base of the seatbelt, like the part with the buckle itself. When it moves forward or back it kinda goes CREEEEEEK?

Mine does that! I never notice it cause it does it so rarely, but when I hit a big bump or something I hear it, goofy.

 

fawk, i got that too.

i stuck a bottle of body spray in there. that positions the seatbelt thingy so that when it moves it wont squeak.

i should take my seat out and just throw lube in there.

tell me what works.

My does this too. My seat also squeks a little bit sometimes too. And now that I have a rigged up short ram intake it squeks when I start off now. Too much sqqqquuueaaaking...but yea I can fix the intake I just haven't gotten around to it yet. But yea your not alone on the skueakiness crap.

 

my seatbelt squeaks too, as does my seat, and the armrest is cracked in the center so when i put higher-than-normal pressure on it will it creak LOUDLY!

 

serious...it was drivin me nuts..everytime my weight shifts my seatbelt sqeaks

 

i was determined to fix it this weekend....but i forgot. h:


i havent really looked into it, but it just seems like it needs some grease. i will try to work on it tonight, see what i come up with.
