I'm not looking for peak hp and don't forget that an OEM ITR intake manifold does not fit a P72 head. I built this engine package to have the most power from mid-to-high RPM; not just at redline.

What is a higher peak HP going to get me? Nothing. You spend a fraction of a second at peak HP. However, every time I shift, I'm in the 5k-8k rpm range for 3-6 seconds. Where do you think the most torque and horsepower is needed?

I know the ITR manifold doesn't fit...w/out modification, but you claimed "oem" so I gave you a better oem part reference.

If the engine was built for mid to high then that is the wrong manifold. If it was built for best mid range response then that is the correct manifold, but since the true essence of an NA engine was covered and you've replied to it, then your happy, I'm happy.

Great numbers for sure. I'll be doing this but with a 2.0L block and a slightly bigger crank. Maybe a little more compression, but not sure yet.

Off the top of my head, a fuel pressure regulator sometime soon and a 2.5" Hytech exhaust in the future.

There some suspension maintenance that has to be done before I try to add any more power. I need to replace
most of the bushings and install new caliper rebuild kits all the way around. As well a camber kit all the way around
and some new rear control arms.

The Energy Suspension master bushing kit is great. I installed them on my car and it made a world of difference.
