OK, a lesson.... your car 142 hp AT THE FLYWHEEL.... probably closer to 120 at the wheels. Your engine turbo'd, with cams, intake, exhaust, underdrive, engine management, injectors, and lots of professional tuning would barely get you 240. I'd shoot for around 160-180 whp and you'll be very happy.
Don't ever believe a hp rating or increase claim unless it comes off a reading from a reliable dyno.
Best of luck,
Jung
yeah...uh....I think it's safe to say he was talking about flywheel horsepower since he said the b16 has 160 and the h22 has 200. And for you guys that wanna reply before reading the thread, the 90-91 tegs have 130 hp, the 92-93 have 140 hp (gs-r has 160).
Turbo, Nitrous, cams, pistons...??:dunno: Oh and alot of stickers. No i'm kidding, but serious though. I wonder if you can hit 300hp to the wheels with a B18a, or B18b for that matter.
like ISP James said, if you got the money to burn then you can make anything possible.
And just to agree with everyone else, turbo would be the way to go but in the end it's up to you as always because it's your car so don't let some of the a*holes on this board get you down.

That's gonna be a huge turbo and alot of internal work I guess. Would I have to consider this a race engine? I mean, I want a daily driver, and I'm being greedy coming from a 6-cyl Bimmer to want that kind of power. So should I just abandon my idea for an integra and work with something else? BTW, I'm not loaded, in fact, I'm pretty broke LOL.
