its on the 00-01 integras. It disables the fuel pump as a security feature. Since i dont have the ignition from the car, the ecu wont work. So i gotta send it to the guys at locash in AZ to have it taken off. My motor swap has turned into being a 100% *****.

96~99 OBD2 (2 O2 sensors)
00~01 OBD2V2 (2 O2 sensors + immobilizer)

immobilizer is a starter kill feature.
if provide a chip in the key, ignition sends the code to the ecu, if the code matchs with the ecu.. ecu will sends out the signal to fire up.

side notes:
5 speed --> tach sensing
Auto --> Alternator sensing

if you ever have any electrical problem with starting the car.. that's where you to start with..
