Default Question about shift linkage

I am working on a 1990 acura integra 5 sp. I cant see how to get the shift linkage off of the transmission. It looks like there should be a bolt through it but it isnt a bolt. It almost looks like pins. Whats the deal? Thanks

If i remember correctly, there's a rubber boot over the part closest to the tranny. You have to slide that rubber boot back and that will reveal the pin you have to knock out. After you get the pin out it should separate just fine.
