Default integra smoking bad....need help!!!! asap

ok so ive got a 2000 integra type r and driving around it smokes a little bit but when i get on it it smokes horribly especially when i hit vtec....at first we thot it wus the head gasket, which was bad, but anyways when we took the head off the valves on the number 1 cylinder oil was baked on them bad enough to where we could chip the oil off...but the piston head was clean and the other 3 were a little blackened...and the compression checked good on all cylinders at 180 and the number 1 was 152 but slowly dropped down...everyone ive talked to seems to think that all my problems with the smoking has to do with the valves not sealing like at all on that cylinder...and possibly the head a little warped....any ideas and or suggestions??????

Your valve stem seals are letting oil get into the cylinders. You need to replace them.

yea what gsr racer said.if you do plan on driving it get ready to buy a new head or replacing valves and get the machine work done to fix it if it breaks.also if you break a valve then your motor will proably go and you will have to get a new one.point is fix it now and save time and money later
