When i jack my car up the passenger wheel feels loose the rotor to but I don't know what it could be axle is as tight as it can be any help would be appreciated

 

If the whole wheel assembly moves when you put pressure on it while tilting it back and forth or up or down you may have a worn upper or lower ball joint. Also check for worn control arm bushings or worn tie rod ends.

 

if you grab the wheel, and if it has play to the left or right, it signifies a tie rod end. If you have up, and down movement, or forward to back, you my freind are in need of ball joints. You will be able to see each piece move if it needs to be replaced.
