help help HELP!!!!!!
Okay here i go. I have a 95 Integra. I dont know alot about these cars i need
help. I start the car up and let it run for a lil bit. it doesnt seem to build up
any pressure in the radiator or any of the hose. The temp gauge says it
takes the car forever to warm up and the heat sucks. i would say the
thermostat but i would rather ask people that know about these cars. thanks

To my knowledge, the heat/heater core has nothing to do with the engine warming up. Having little or no heat is a different problem. How long does it take for it to reach operating temperature? Once it reaches operating temperature, does it fluctuate with driving? Sometimes it might take longer to warm up than other days depending on how cold it is outside. If the car's been warming up for a while (~15-20 mins) and no change in temp or very little then most likely it's your thermostat. It's a cheap fix and easy to install.
the temp gauge will only go 1/4 of the way up. the temp doesnt fluctuate at all. it will stay the 1/4 and not get any warmer. now i even took the radiator cap off while the cars has been on for about 10min give or take. normally as a cars warms up anti-freeze will overflow out of the radiator as the car tries to build put pressure and nothing at all. could that be caused by the thermostat not opening?
