Default Update of my Turbocharged 98 Type R

It's been over two years since I posted pictures of my turbocharged Type R: https://www.honda-acura.net/forums/s...d.php?t=201544
So I figured I'd post some updated information and pics:

As before, here's what's new:
(The engine ran perfect for over a year on stock internals @ 7psi)

Motor and Drivetrain:
Golden Eagle Sleeved Block (84.5mm)
Ported and Polished Head
Crower Billet Rods
Endyn 9.8:1 Roller Wave Pistons
2001 Type R Cams
Skunk 2 Valve Springs
Ferrea Retainers
AEM Pulley Kit
AEM Cam Gears
ARP Head Bolts
Endyn Catch Can
Fluidyne Radiator
Edelbrock Intake Manifold
64mm Throttle Body
Hondata Intake Manifold Gasket
Moroso Aluminum 6qt Oil Pan
8mm NGK Spark Plug Wires
NGK TR-9 Spark Plugs
MSD Blaster SS Coil
MSD Distributor Cap
ACT Street/Strip Clutch
ACT 12lb Flywheel

Turbo Kit:
Precision SC61 Turbo
Inline Pro Turbo Manifold
Tial 38mm Wastegate
Tial BOV
Precision 600hp IC
Full 3" LHT Downpipe
3” KTeller Exhaust
Closed loop wastegate dump
Full LHT Custom Aluminum Piping
Greddy Profec B Spec II Boost Controller

Exhaust System:
LHT 3” Downpipe
KTeller 3” Exhaust
3” Magnaflow Muffler

Fuel:
Precision 880cc Injectors
AEM Fuel Pressure Regulator
AEM Fuel Rail
Walbro 255lph Fuel Pump

Engine Management:
Hondata S100B Standalone Engine Management
MSD 3 bar MAP Sensor with LHT Blockoff Plate

I don't have any numbers right now other than the 289whp@7psi on the stock motor. Right now it's running 10psi but is waiting for a dyno tune on roughly 18psi. Estimates would be in the 400-450whp range.
There is a quarter mile time of 13.1@112 without the ported head, intake manifold or throttle body. I'll update that time when I get back down to the track. Anyway, I thought you guys might like to see.
Yes I know the valve cover is horrible, I've got a new one on order, and no that isn't my normal oil cap. =)

Is that a different valve cover? I thought the Type R had a different cover, or is that only on the JDM engines

That's a stock USDM Type R valve cover. The JDM one just has different lettering.

Type R's came CW in '97 and '98. The year of his car is posted in the title of his thread.

Yeah, I saw his year after the fact. I thought only CW was in 97. I see I was wrong.

Sick! What is even more impressive is that A/C and P/S are still there. Nothing like a 400 whp beast with all the same creature comforts. Keep it up and keep us updated.

I would get rid of that reinforced plastic hose leading to the catch can. Oil and heat break it down and it will collapse.
