Default p1361 sensor internittent interuption

i took my 97 integra to the smog shop and the check engine light was not on yet when they hooked into the ecu the light came on and through the manufacturers code p1361 (intermittent interuption in tdc1 sensor cicuit). the car had been running fine for the previous week however before that, for several months, the car would not start when the weather was cold and if it did it would continually cut out while driving. this would cause the check engine light to come on yet and few days later it would turn off again. i need to know what this code means and a possible solution to my problem, or someone to shed some light on the best way to find out.

I think that senser is located under your distributer cap. Look for loose connections. It could just be a failing senser but you will have to get a hole new dizzy. Or pull a dizzy from a b or d series and swap the senser out.

A tdc senser is very impotent so ya it could be related to your no start.

Also found this crap a long time ago. Aftermarket junk can mes with senser signals??????????? Ive never run across it.
