Stock 94 LS Automatic. Recently did a full fill and reset tripometer. I ended up getting around 260 mostly city. Is that normal? Also I have to let it sit a while to warm up in cold weather. That could also be wasting fuel.

Oh it has 100k on it.

230k miles, 31.5 mpg as of last week, mostly freeway.

Stuff to check for good fuel mileage:
02 sensor
grounds
fuel injectors
plugs, wires, cap, rotor
tire pressure
air filter
clogged cat
vacuum leaks
pcv
coolant temp sensor/thermostat
clean throttle body/IAC

Anything that would keep the ecu from going into closed loop and basic tune up stuff.

Well mine was about 30mg when I got it, but after a Cold Air Intake, which has no silicone piping from the tube to the engine head, now gets just over 22 i wanna say..

If anything, a CAI should increase fuel mileage. Something else is causing a dramatic drop like that.

My mileage averages 24-26 mpg on gasoline and 18-20 mpg on E85.

I only get 250 miles out of a tank as well, and I already seafoamed, did plugs, wires, air and fuel filter, I replaced my 02 and didn't notice an increase in mileage. I'm stumped.
