just based on your first question u are so not ready for turbo! DO YOUR RESEARCH! puttin a turbo on a car is not a bolt on affiar there are tons of threads on here just type trubo click search.
and to answer your question yes there is a lot of turbo kits out there that will allow you to retain a/c and p/s.
To help get you started, what is you power goals in mind? how much do you want to spend? Is this going to be your DD? and agian RESEARCH till u think u have done enough and then do a ton more. good luck!

Boosting a car properly isn't simple. It requires getting the right parts, installing them properly and tuning. And if the car is your daily driver it makes the process that much more difficult.

This article has a a good parts list and step by step instructions for boosting any Honda.
Instructions are only half the battle though. You also need to make sure you understand how things are working. Like 1turbodc2 said... research
