If you downloaded the HELM's in the link I posted above, do a search for "ignition timing." There are step by step instructions there.

Was your LS head installed correctly? Sounds like something went wrong with the install and from your posts, i'd recommend you take it back to whoever did the job or to someone who's Honda handy.
