94 integra

my 94 integra always vibrates when stopped at a red light im wondering if mounts are going bad or idle needs adusted. please help

If your idle needed adjusting then you'd notice that in your rpm. If the car's at a stand still and it's shaking my first assumption would be a motor mount.

+1, check your motor mounts.
