I recently found this used 97' integra for sale at this local (well close enough ) car sales place; anyways, I planned to go up and take a look @ it this weekend, and I was wondering what exactly I should be looking @ for a teggy of this age. What in particular? etc. Any help would be much appreciated.

do a compression test,
make sure the tranny is good,
carfax,
anything out of the ordinary

Also check for rust in the rear wheels wells where the bumper meets the quarter panel.

 

carfax report, check for overspray...usually on the rubber pieces. Check for rust, look at it from an angle and see if there's waves in the pain or body(tell tale sign of an accident or repaint). And if you're really interested have it taken to a mechanic to check it out

 

I carfaxed it, everything came out clean.
