electrical problems

electrical problems
1 when i turn on my highbeams, all the lights on the right side go dim.
2 when i turn on the fog lamps same thing happens.
3 dome light and console lights stopped working.
4 radio won't work or the cigarette lighter.
92 integra ls all this ish started after someone ganked my radio and woofers. can i get some help?

How percular same thing just happend to me 
Ok here is what ya gotta do pop the hood on the drivers side you will see a clear tiny plastic box with i would say about 8 wires going in to it. It is your ground box it has a ten millimeter bolt in it loosen that bold up and move it around sparks will fly a little but not a big deal. You should be able to find the spot where it will ground out perfectly. Oh yea have your car running while doing this so you can see if your lights are coming on
