Easy question - 1998 gsr
A quick question - I have a 98 gsr that I got w/ 94K miles - it now has 106K and was wondering what maintenance(aside from oil changing) should I perform at this point? It seems to need a tune up, but dont want to waste $ if that is not necessary at this mileage.
Thanks in advance for the help!!

98 gsr/ 94k miles:
By your reply it doesn't sound like you replaced the timing belt/water pump yourself and was told it was done by the previous owner. If that is that case I would double check and make sure.
--Change mtf
--flush out coolant and replace thermostat while it's already drained
--Air filter
--Spark Plugs (inspect wires/rotor/cap)
--Inspect/replace drive belts (ac/ps/alt)
--Inspect/replace pads (maybe rotors too, depends on the car)
--Check for any leaks (cam seal, valve cover, etc....)
With mileage, things will get worn out and will need to be replaced. Just double check things and act accordingly but if anything, make sure you have a new timing belt on and not just taking his word for it.

--Accessory belts good for ~80k (just check them every 10k miles for any unusual cracking/breaking)
--Coolant change should be done every ~30k miles (thermostat should be good for atleast 100k, if you have heating problems down the road I would inspect this as a possible culprit)
--Tranny fluid should be done every 30k also
--engine oil (you know that already)
--Air filter (just needs to be checked at every oil change, if its dirty just replace it.)
--brake pads/rotors really depends on the driver, could last 20k miles or 80k miles.......just need to check them during regular maintainance
Also I would recommend you picking up the 98+ Integra Helm's manual. It'll be the best $70 you'll spend. Tells you everything you need to know about your car including how to's and illistrations.

+1 on the helms manual. nothing else compares.
keep in mind that rubber ages with age, not with mileage.
look for torn torque mounts (the lower front ones) on your engine. and look for various other rubber parts in your suspension for ozone damage.
