Torque steer situation
I recently bought a clean, clean 89 Integra & have put about 4000 miles on it, trouble free.
last week I had a tire go flat due to a "slice" on the apex of the tread. I plugged it & it was fine for a week until it started leaking.
I took it down to my local tire store & had it patched..... it failed 2 patched so I bought a new tire since the other 3 were fairly new.
Problem is... as I drove away from the tire store, I have a torque steer to the left on accellleration that wasn't there before.... at least I dont recall it.
It's not massive but enough to have to hold the wheel to prevent from going left rapidly.
Any ideas?? ..
Thank's,
Dave.

you should never replace any less than 2 tires on the vehicle, buy another tire, if you wish keep that tire as a spare in case of a blowout
in addition it's generally smarter to put the new tires on the rear of the vehicle to help prevent the rear from sliding out in an emergency situation.
