Well i'm just guessing here since you didn't provide any information as to what car you're driving.
So you have 92-95 then instead of 96+
P74/75: 92-95 OBD-1 Integra LS/GS
P75 : 96-00 OBD-2 Integra LS/GS

are you 100% sure it's OBD1? what are the numbers that come after the P75?

the plugs are obd1 plugs but i think the ecu is fride
