Default 94 integra gsr shifter messin with me

so i just bought this car offa my roommate, everything was fine when i got it, just some cosmetic work needed done. its a 94 integra gsr. he had just put in a new clutch system less than a year ago, and we both drive 5speeds pretty damn well. i deliver pizzas and recently ive had trouble getting it into gears, and yesterday i literally had to use both hands and all of my power to shift it from gear to gear, which we all know should never happen, ive brought it home and am going to bleed the slave cylinder today, anyone know what might be the real problem????? im going to snap out if i dont figure it out soon.

Dose it grind into gear or just hard as hell to shift to the next gear? Is it every gear?

Grind 1 gear= sycro or gear going bad for that gear.

Grind all gears/ hard to shift into all gears= clutch not disengaging, clutch stuck on input shaft, input shaft stuck in pilot bearing, air in system, clutch pedal not adjusted rite, bent shift linages.

Will it shift nice with the engine off?

if you have to use all of your power while the car is on, to get into gear and you are at a stop then you need to check the synchros and gears!! if you can while at a stop with the clutch engage go through the gears and get no grinding then it's the synchro rings!

well we bled the clutch through the slave cylinder, and the only thing i can think of is it had such a large amount of air in it that when we pumped the clutch and forced it out, it blew the slave cylinder because the slave cylinder is now destroyed and it shot brake fluid 20 feet in the air.......

It would be wise to change the tranny fluid as well, you'd be surprised how much of a difference it can make.

please tell me that the bake fluid landed into a container to be taken and be recycled...anyways when i first bought my teggy it had a slow leak in the slave cylinder. didn't know that at the time and ended up wasting an ass load of money at a shop because i dind't know anything bout teggys at the moment. my suggestion is if you have to replace your slave cylinder. you might as well check your syncros and your tranny internals out. but that depends on how patient you are and how eager you want her running better is.

well, it landed everywhere, haha, whoops...... but i decided to just not buy it, too much of a hassle for me since im delivering pizzas....... i needsomething more reliable

also, that was the same thing.... it originally had only a slow leak, but the original owner knew about it and has never had a problem with it.....
