Dose it grind into gear or just hard as hell to shift to the next gear? Is it every gear?

Grind 1 gear= sycro or gear going bad for that gear.

Grind all gears/ hard to shift into all gears= clutch not disengaging, clutch stuck on input shaft, input shaft stuck in pilot bearing, air in system, clutch pedal not adjusted rite, bent shift linages.

Will it shift nice with the engine off?
