i have the bypass on mine. I bought it like that. I like the fact that its there becuase when there is a lot of rain or now here in the winter time coming up i am going to take the cold air half and atach the filter to top half.

I could give a **** about performance from my intake here....

Its a AEM.. CAI...

I just don't my car getting ****ed up... know what I mean..
