Default will 00 civic si greddy header fit my 99 ls?

So last time I was on the look out for a header for my 92 GSR but that got totaled out by the insurance and I just got a '99 ls. I already got a AEM intake with a Tanabe exhaust that I just installed. I also just picked up a Greddy header off of a 00 civic si. I'm quessing that it is off of a b16b, sorry I dont know much about civics. My question is, will that greddy header fit my 99 LS that has a b18b and is OBD2? I will also be running a omni test pipe.
